I walked but my exploration didn't move.
Only steps after you tap Start count. Check that Motion & Fitness (Physical activity on Android) is allowed for Treasure Hunt Walk in your phone's settings, and keep your phone on you while walking.
Can I close the app?
Yes. Your phone keeps counting, and your distance is added when you reopen the app or tap End. Explorations end on their own after 4 hours.
The distance looks off.
iPhone uses the distance it measures; Android uses steps × stride. Adjust Settings → Stride length (height × 0.41 is typical).
I switched devices and lost PRO.
Tap Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the same store account.
Can I move my museum to a new device?
Sign in with Apple (iPhone) or Google in Settings → Account to save your progress, then sign in with the same account on the new device.
How do I cancel?
iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Your relics stay even if you cancel.
