These terms govern your use of the Treasure Hunt Walk app (the "App") provided by MyangByteLabs ("we"). Effective: 2026-10-18
1. Walk safely
The App is a game that makes walking more fun; it is not medical or exercise advice. Stay aware of your surroundings, and don't look at your screen while crossing streets or using stairs. Rest if you feel unwell. Distances and step counts are estimates from your phone's sensors and may differ from reality.
2. In-game items
Relics, chests, keys, fragments and guild seals are digital content for use within the App only. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, exchanged or refunded.
Fragments and keys can only be earned by walking and cannot be bought. Dig and chest odds are published under each area's "View odds", and today's draw odds on the draw card.
Progress gained by shaking the phone or tampering with the device is not guaranteed.
3. PRO subscription
Without PRO you can explore the first three areas of Chapter 1, The Forgotten Forest. PRO is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription that, while active, opens every area of every chapter (including areas added later) and lets you open chests, make keys and draw today's relic without ads.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow the store's refund policy.
If your subscription ends, every relic, story and record you've collected stays; only exploring PRO areas pauses (your progress is kept).
On a new device, tap Restore purchases with the same store account to get PRO back.
4. Your data
Without signing in, progress is stored only on your device, so we cannot recover it if the device is lost or the App is deleted. Sign in with Apple or Google to save your progress to the cloud and restore it with the same account. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The world, text, illustrations and software of the App belong to us. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for harm arising from ignoring section 1, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence.
7. Changes
We will post changes on this page at least 7 days before they take effect.
